What is the best way to reveal the innermost talents and thoughts of an institution of 6000 gifted students? ... “Reflection”… as the answer is aptly dubbed, is the key. The Prathibimb, the brainchild of our then Principal Col. John Ellis, is the monthly house magazine that is published by the students of the respective houses under the able guidance of Mrs. Savithri of the literary department. The magazine, running its third year now, is brought about each time with more breathtaking skill and expertise than the last with the students of the various houses working tirelessly to do their House proud.
Points are allotted to the various publications, with the judge being an eminent personality in the literary world. The magazines are based on a theme chosen by the respective houses, and features articles, sketches and reports on important current events by the entire community of the House, from the tiny tots to the veteran Cottonians, all compiled together remarkable dexterity and competence. All in all, the Prathibimb truly is a Reflection of the innermost marvels of the Cottonian mind.
