Cottons believes in discovering the hidden talents of a child. Stress is laid on extra curricular activities, which give expression to the child’s inborn abilities.

Inter-Class and Inter-House Competitions are held on a regular basis in Dramatics, Music, Elocution (English, Hindi, Kannada), Quiz, Sports, IT-related activities, Essay competitions, Spelling and Art Exhibition, amongst others. Cottonians also walk with prizes at several inter-school competitions.

The school conducts a three-day Talent Search every year to discover the hidden talents among its students.
