In order to develop team spirit, co-operate effort and friendly rivalry, the School is divided into five Houses named after five illustrious former Warden/Principals: Pettigrew, Pope, Pakenham-Walsh, Elphick and Thomas.

All the School activities including academics, games and sports and other curricular and co-curricular activities, are conducted on an Inter-House basis. At the end of each term and year, the House positions based on the aggregate points secured on academic work and competitions in the activities held during the term and year are announced at the School Assembly.

In addition to the prizes awards for the Inter-House Competitions, there are a number of individual awards for exemplary character and conduct as well as for excellence in curricular and co-curricular activities.
